Geekerific’s Newest Show: Hit The Deck

Please join us in welcoming the newest podcast in the Geekerific family: Hit The Deck! The HTD crew – Dwayne St. Arnauld, James Dykes, Clara Lawryniuk, Joe Bono, and Kellen Abel – are a collection of card game fanatics who’ll take on a new deck-building or trading card game each episode. They’ll play the game together, then discuss the game’s flaws and merits, and let you know whether or not it’s worth picking up!

Along with their normal topic, they’ll discuss strategy and information relating to your favorite card games like Magic: The Gathering and World of Warcraft. If you’re familiar with the other Geekerific podcasts, the format of Hit The Deck will be very familiar. Join the crew every other week while they bullshit about their favorite hobby, and hopefully be entertained in the process!

In the Geekerific tradition, the HTD crew recorded episode 0 this weekend to introduce themselves and establish the show. CLICK HERE to download it now! Episode 1 of Hit The Deck, discussing the Japanese deck-building game Tanto Cuore, is also available now! Download episode 1 HERE!

You can also subscribe to Hit The Deck on iTunes, and it’ll soon be available on Zune. Until it is added to the Zune Marketplace, CLICK HERE to find out how to subscribe in the Zune software. Lastly, you can subscribe via the RSS feed in the upper-right.
